Every FuelMaxx evaluation follows the same transparent, structured process, so you see exactly what the device delivers on your specific equipment before you commit to full fleet deployment.
Step 1: Schedule a Consultation
A quick conversation where we walk you through the process and schedule testing for a small sample of your fleet.
Step 2: Your Test Engines
We work with you to choose 2 to 4 engines for the initial evaluation, either at random or by your preference. Our team can run the testing, or we can train your personnel to carry it out in-house. If you are already tracking the key performance metrics we measure, we are happy to align with your existing protocols.
Step 3: Establish Baseline Performance
We conduct baseline testing to measure current fuel consumption and emissions at regular intervals and again at the 250-hour mark.
Step 4: Install FuelMaxx Devices
Once the baseline is set, we install the FuelMaxx fuel modulator devices on the selected engines.
Step 5: Conditioning Period
The engines run under normal operating conditions for another 250 hours. No testing is done during this time to allow the devices to condition the engines fully.
Step 7: Post-Conditioning Testing
After the conditioning period, we repeat the same 250-hour testing process using identical intervals to the baseline phase.
Step 8: Compare Results
We analyse the before-and-after data and present a clear assessment of improvements in fuel efficiency and emissions.
